Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Tech Lead to join our dynamic product & engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team, establishing and setting the directions for the development team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and set the direction and long-term roadmap for the development team as a tech lead, addressing technical issues, and managing and supporting team growth
- Establish and execute mid-to-long-term development roadmaps based on product direction
- Design software architecture that accommodates product requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Address technical debt and design efficient product development processes
- Lead development culture and support engineer growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate between engineering and product teams
- Proven experience in designing and architecting large-scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering growth in developers
Preferred
- Interest or understanding of technologies like blockchain
- Enjoying the hustle and bustle of an early-stage team
- Experience in building games and/or passion for gaming
- Interest in experimenting with and challenging new UX designs
- English proficiency
