Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process, creating immersive Web3 experiences for Spacebar users. Using tools like Figma, you'll collaborate across teams to deliver innovative, user-centered designs that align with Spacebar's vision.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the entire design process that delivers value to users through UX, UI design, and prototypes using Figma
- Drive product design that aligns with the product's vision and strategy, focusing on user experience
- Produce necessary art source designs for products using Figma and Adobe tools (Figma & Adobe Photoshop: 80%, Illustrator: 20%)
- Collaborate closely with PO, Creative, Engineering and Operations teams to establish a consistent visual identity across the product
- Use user research and feedback to improve functionality and usability in UX design
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in processing complex information and technologies to create structured UX and consistent product UI
- Proven experience in product design and usability improvement projects
- Proficiency in GUI work and 2D hand drawings
- Ability to apply and maintain a unified user flow using various UI design tools to enhance product design completeness
- Proficient with tools such as Figma & Adobe Photoshop (80%), Illustrator, etc. (20%)
Preferred
- Passion for blockchain industry and/or experience with Web3 products
- Proficiency in both UX design and UI Art creation, especially in the Game or IT interaction design field
- Understanding of the process for Effect Art work
- Interest in experimenting with and challenging new UX designs
- Experience in Web UX/UI
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- English proficiency
