Job Description
We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and implement responsive user interfaces, ensuring high performance and an engaging user experience for our web applications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Actively engage in the frontend development and operation of Spacebar
- Develop and maintain the design system to be used across Spacebar
- Skillset
- Core: TypeScript, React, Next.js 14
- State management: React Query, Zustand
- CSS: Vanilla-extract
- Testing: Jest, Playwright, MSW, Storybook
- Monitoring: Sentry
- Work tools: Github, Notion, Figma, Slack
- Code review / Code quality management: SonarCloud
- Preferred: three.js, wagmi
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web applications using React and TypeScript
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues from various departments to find solutions
- Strong understanding of the overall product, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- Open attitude towards code improvement and discussion, with a preference for writing easily understandable code
Preferred
- Passion for blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Sui) and/or experience with Web3 products
- Experience in responsive design, web accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization
- Interest in UI/UX engineering and interactive design
- Experience with SSR/SSG/PWA and/or backend development
- Experience contributing to open source projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- English proficiency
