Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall product design, creating immersive Web3 experiences for Spacebar users.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization
- Create and maintain comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that articulate product vision, strategy, and detailed specifications
- Oversee product backlog and kanban board management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery
- Foster strong relationships with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and other departments to drive product innovation and success
- Analyze market data, user feedback, and product metrics to inform data-driven decisions and product improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of product development methodologies, including agile and lean practices
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product strategies
Preferred
- Experience in blockchain, Web3, or gaming products
- Proven track record of driving user engagement and retention through product innovations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- English proficiency, both written and verbal
