Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall product design, creating immersive Web3 experiences for Spacebar users.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead product development from ideation to launch, aligning with company strategy and user needs
- Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly communicate product vision and specifications
- Manage product backlog and kanban board effectively, creating well-defined tasks and ensuring smooth development progression
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and other teams to define requirements and create product roadmaps
- Monitor product performance and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in tech or gaming
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write clear, concise documents
- Experience in managing kanban boards and creating effective task structures
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Preferred
- Passion for blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Sui) and/or experience with Web3 or gaming products
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- English proficiency
